Updates at JB
As autumn is upon us its time for a fresh new look in our showrooms and we will shortly having a move round and arranging new conservatory sets in the process with lots of new ranges and fabrics.
The latest recruit in our Wakefield store is Judy and she has the chance to showcase her window dressing skills on our showroom floors as well as utilising skills learned from a long sales orientated background. In the summer months Judy gave our garden furniture a new make over and it looks fabulous! It stays on display all year round at JB’s so why not come and take a look?
Would our customers recommend us?
Last year we introduced Feefo on our hugely successful, responsive, e’commerce website.
Feefo gives customers the chance to rate our service and products through an independent 3rd party and we are very proud of the fabulous, positive comments from customers about how knowledgeable and friendly our staff are in both stores. We like to do things the old fashioned way here, we listen to our customers requirements and advise accordingly, always on hand to answer any questions they may have. Customers are left to browse freely throughout the showrooms without any hassle.
We aim to make your experience as enjoyable as possible, from browsing the stores, seeking advice, (hopefully) making an informed purchase right through to receiving your delivery on time. Feefo has reflected this time and time again! We would like to thank each and every customer who has taken the time to review us. Take a look here.
JB’s Cafe Bistro
We have a new JB Cafe Bistro at the Wakefield store which is proving to be a resounding success! Customers can peruse the conservatory/garden furniture showroom then pop in for delicious coffee and scrumptious cake or delight in the freshly prepared, home cooked food made by Joel our talented chef! Take a look at the great reviews on Facebook. We also have an outside seating area for those sunny lunch times, or on chilly days you can cosy up with our warm JB’s fleecy blankets…..free Wifi too… whats not to like?
